For interested customers, for whom the way to us in the beautiful Niederlosheim is unfortunately not feasible, we also offer the possibility of an online consultation. To do this, you make an appointment with one of our sales representatives and then receive an invitation via one of the common online communication tools (e.g., MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.). You log in and… done! Via webcam, we demonstrate our products in a live meeting and answer all your questions.
The possibility of an online consultation was excellently accepted after the introduction of our showroom in April 2021, as it is a perfect – because contactless – alternative to on-site appointments or customer visits. In this way, we have been able to be consistently and reliably available to our customers, even in times marked by a global pandemic.
But what will happen after the pandemic? Will companies continue to rely on online meetings, digital communication and other channels used during Covid-19? Is the time of expensive business trips over, as we have learned to discuss important topics digitally over long distances? The answer is simple: we don’t know!
